Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Material / Mechatronics or engineering physic, GPA Min 3,00 scale of 4
• Only Experienced candidate considered for this position.
• Having experience as process engineer or wire bonding engineer will be advantage
• Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of six sigma and lean
• Hands on experience in tooling mechanical design and its material selection
• Trained / experienced in AutoCad, ProE, SolidWorks, or any other 2D/3D software design
• Good interpersonal and communication skills able to work intependently.
