PT. ROSTAN INTERNATIONAL, a world leader in the manufacture of sailing boat hardware an architectural fiftings, and is located at batamindo industrial park. We are looking for employment for positions:

INJECTION MOULDING ENGINEER 

We require a skilled injection moulding engineer with the following duties:

• Organise and co-ordinate the activities within the injection moulding departement
• Provide troubleshooting resource for new and existing tooling
• Responsibility for the maintenance of injection molding Machine Mould tools
• Training of mould tachnician and mould operators
• Maintain tool storage, housekeeping and organisational standart
• Responsible for departement quality standarts

Qualificiatios and requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience as a injection moulding engineer
• Working knowledge and experience of injection mould tool design
• Polytech school qualification or above.

MOULDING TECHNICIAN

We require a skill moulding technician with the followi g duties :

• Set and operate injection moulding equipment
• Responsibility for moulding area, also covering trimming and pad printing functions
• Trainning of other mould operator
• Coordinate and undertake maintenance of department tooling, including insert changes

Qualifications and requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience setting, operating and trouble shooting injection moulding equipment
• Technical school qualification
• Both rules require the applicant must be able to communicate clearly in english, both verbal and in writting
