Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or physic
- Fresh graduate are welcome to be considered
- Having experience as process engineer or wire bonding engineer will be advantage
- Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of six sigma and lean
- Experience in doing DOE
- Good interpersonal and communication skills able to work intependently.
